There may be several cases and each one has it’s own solution:

Case 1

• I try to start a game and nothing is going on, the buttons are “ignored” by the system.

Case 2

• I try to start a game, the screen fades black for a short time and returns to the ride poster by itself.

Case 3

• I try to start a game, the screen fades black and hangs.

Case 4

• I try to start a game, the image comes either on the TV or in the glasses only.
